GOOD NEWS! First Ebola Patient Discharged From Quarantine In Lagos

Looks like there might be some good news for Nigeria as regards the deadly Ebola virus which has plagued several African counties and has been a source of great concern for several Nigerians as well. The first Ebola patient to be confirmed positive has been discharged in Lagos.

The Minster of Health Prof. Onyebuchi Chukwu announced the news saying the patient, a female doctor now tested negative to the virus.
He however did not reveal her name, but also shared that five of those undergoing treatment have almost recovered.

It is been confirmed to be Doctor Ameyo Stella Adadevoh, a consultant and Endocrinologist at First Consultant Hospital,Lagos. She was the first to test positive after coming in contact with Sawyer..

We reported to you that a certain drug called Nanosilver arrived Nigeria to treat Ebola, but the U.S govt. announced that the drug is a pesticide and not healthy for human consumption and would infact not treat the Ebola virus. The minister also revealed that Nanosilver failed to pass the ethical test carried out and will not be used in treatment of the patients.
