‘Happy’ Singer, Pharrell Williams has bought himself an impressive $7.14 million condo in Los Angeles’ Laurel Canyon.
The 4,000 square feet house offers six bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, an infinity pool, a two-story guest residence, and a roof deck equipped to project movies.The crib was originally listed for $9 million, but Pharrell proved he is not only a great musician, but also a good business man and paid $1.86 million less for it.
