Shortly after dropping his duet with Patoranking, popular fuji musician Pasuma is back with another melodious tune.
According
to his manager, Afolabi Oyekoya, this time it is a beautiful love song
titled “Oruka” and produced by DJ Toxiq. Oyekoya said that this song has
the kind of rhythm people never expect from an artiste like Pasuma.
“The song has been ready for a while, but we held on to it till today because Pasuma decided to dedicate it to the Governor of Edo State, Adams Oshiomhole and his new wife. You know his first wife died 5 years ago, and he’s getting married to a pretty lady today,” the manager said.
The video of the song will be shot in Lagos next week by Clarence Peters.
“Right now, we have recorded 14 songs and the full album will be released on Thursday July 30 2015,” Oyekoya added.
Governor Oshiomhole has tied the knot with Miss Lara Fortes in the Etsako West Local Government Area of the state, while festive reception is reportedly to take place at Oshiomhole’s country home in Iyamho.
The president-elect, Muhammadu Buhari, and his wife Aisha were among dignitaries expected at the event.
It is worth mentioning, that the governor’s wedding with Ethiopian beauty Lara Fortes has triggered mixed reactions among Nigerians. While some people believe that Oshiomhole is an inspiration to all young men, others think that the young woman married him only for money.
