Jay Z and Beyonce have been having difficulties buying the perfect L.A home, so instead they haggled their way into a rental for $150K a month home for about a year.
The house is the same one they rented last summer on a short term lease and so they’re familiar with the house in Holmby Hills.
Sources say the power couple has been itching to move out of the Beverly Hills area hotel where they’ve been living while house hunting, so they decided to go back to their old stays.
The house consists sits on 16,000 sq. ft., with 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and an infinity pool with a waterfall.
